SOAP Management Designing And Development

Question: I am working with group project. the topic of the project is making soup. my section is process description. the most important thing in my section is the flow diagram. Answer: Process mock up is very necessary in process of production and also have certain things like time management. If there is proper management in time less waiting lines are there and customers are also happy. This part is called simulation and is good for planning. Resources usage is a part of simulation as if the person is in right job he can do it in excellence way. If a product has not been changed regularly the customers are bored with the product and move with the new product, changes in shapes and even compromise with the cost to attract their customer so that they remain for them forever. If the customer is gone then its difficult to attract again towards them. Sometimes toys are the main attraction for the customer as children love them and for that also they come to eat and thus more profit for the company. These investments are less and profit is more. Even by redesigning the project can make changes and even employees can be more creative. By giving incentives to the best person can also lead to competition and thus more improvement in work. By giving proper training to the employees can also lead to the success and which gives good quality of product. Many questions are to be answered like when the process will be completed. Just in Time purchases is mostly used in inventory cost reduction and efficient use of inventory. It also ensures less wastage of materials and effective use of resources. Extranet is used to streamline the communications between the business and the consumers. Different industries use different ways of extranets depending on the nature of the business. Extranet is beneficial for both the business owner and the vendor of the materials. It makes the loading and unloading of the inventory feasible. Extranet in manufacturing companies also makes the transfer of documents which run on thousands of pages directly into the print format which is very easy for the vendor to understand. Various network issues such as manufacturing the product, financial matters, designing and development , online catalogues etc. should be reviewed to make extranet successful for both the business and the vendor. Extranet also makes it convenient for the vendor to buy and deliver the material (Davidson, 1953). The process of strategy making is depicted through a model which consists of different phases. Strategic management is very important in every organization. The strategic management in an organization should be managed by experts who have vast knowledge of managing strategies. Strategic management means determining the basic long term purpose of organizational goals and objectives. Strategies can be designed by the organization for various purposes. It can be designed for marketing a product. Positioning a product or to take the organization to an upgraded level. The basic process of strategic management is defining the strategic intent of the organization, strategic intent includes defining the vision, mission, business definitions, business models along with the organizational goals and objectives. After defining the strategic intent for the organization, the organization should formulate the strategies; they can incorporate business level strategies, corporate level strategies, th e organization can even do the strategic analysis and strategic plan. The organization can also apply SWOT analysis (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) of the organization which will help them to understand the organization powers in a better way. Manufacturing of SOAP Soap is a combination of animal fat or plant oil and caustic soda. Soap production raw materials are fat and alkali. Now a days soap makers use fat that has been processed into fatty acids. Many vegetable fats, including olive oil, palm kernel oil, and coconut oil, are also used in soap making. Additives are used to enhance the color, texture, and scent of soap. Fragrances and perfumes are added to the soap mixture. The above illustrations show the kettle process of making soap. The kettle method of making soap is used by small soap manufacturing companies. This process takes from four to eleven days to complete, and the quality of each batch is inconsistent due to the variety of oils used. Kettle method follows the below steps of production Boiling: -First the Fats and alkali are melted in a kettle. Kettle is a steel tank that can stand three stories high and hold several thousand pounds of material. Steam coils within the kettle heat the batch and bring it to a boil. After boiling, the mass thickens as the fat reacts with the alkali, producing soap and glycerin. Salting: -Now the soap and glycerin is separated in this process. The mixture is treated with salt, causing the soap to rise to the top and the glycerin to settle to the bottom. The glycerin is extracted from the bottom of the kettle. Strong change: - To remove the small amounts of fat that have not saponified, a strong caustic solution is added to the kettle. This step in the process is called "strong change." The mass is brought to a boil again, and the last of the fat turns to soap. The batch may be given another salt treatment at this time, or the manufacturer may proceed to the next step. Pitching: -The last step is called "pitching." The soap in the kettle is boiled again with added water. The mass eventually separates into two layers. The top layer is called "neat soap," which is about 70% soap and 30% water. The lower layer, called "nigre," contains most of the impurities in the soap such as dirt and salt, as well as most of the water. The neat soap is taken off the top. The soap is then cooled. Development takes time to adjust and initiate profits therefore the company should wait until the development gives thoseprofits. Companies have a huge experienced of development in their organization hence they are very well prepared beforehand for the change that they will be experiencing. New opportunities can be created by entering into business partnerships a new activity. Business in Partnerships is the best form. There are various pros and cons for every type of business. Trust factor is more important in any type of business we take up. Partnership is the best form because it gives a feeling of support and leads a helping hand during our difficult time. The disadvantage of this partnership is that if we are making huge profits in our business our own partner can be our competitor by opening up his own firm. The alternative forms of ownership can be decided by our own experiences in the business and by the profits and losses made in the business. Analyzing the problem is the f irst step we should take when we recognize the problem. Once we have done the analysis, instead of regretting at the problem we should find out a solution for the same. We should also take proper measures so that the same problem is not occurred or is repeated again in due course of time. Problem should not be taken as negative we should take it as a new opportunity for making things better. We should not waste time in how the problem got created; instead we should invest time in finding a better solution for the problem. References: Davidson, J., Better, E. J., Davidson, A. (1953).
